The Projects Team of a leading international firm in the UAE is currently seeking junior-mid level Project Finance Lawyers to join their Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices.

As a Project Finance Lawyer, you will work on the full spectrum of large-scale projects across the region - focusing in Energy & Infrastructure.

Essential Skills / Requirements

  • Must have between 0-4 years of post qualification experience
  • Must be Common Law qualified (UK/AUS/US/NZ)
  • Experience working on financing projects from the outset to conclusion
  • Also have experience reviewing construction contracts, equipment supply agreements, operation and maintenance agreements
  • Excellent academic record
  • Arabic language skills would be advantageous, but not necessary
  • Must already be at an international law firm and ideally based in the Middle East
