I am currently working with a leading City Trademark and Design practice who are in need of a Trademark Attorney to join them on an ongoing basis. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a Tier 1 team and to have exposure to a range of client portfolios across the sectors.

The team work with brands and offer a full IP service to clients advising on clearance, prosecution and portfolio management as well as brand disputes that arise within the UK & EU.

Individuals considering applying must have at least three years of experience of handling UKIPO and EUIPO. Those who hold a ITMA qualification are preferred.
