An excellent opportunity has arisen with a traditional multi-site high street law firm in Loughborough.
My client has a fantastic reputation in the local market and is known for having high staff retention. They are now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer who can help the firm grow its presence in the Loughborough market. This role has arisen through planned firm growth.
The Residential Conveyancer will take on a traditional caseload of sales, purchases, remortgage, and transfer of equity files. You will be dealing with matters from start to finish but will have secretarial assistance.
The firm pride themselves on their reputation for providing excellent client care so the interested conveyancer will put this at the forefront of what they do
You will be the main Fee Earner at the Loughborough location so you should be competent in working fairly autonomously and be motivated to try and grow the profile of the firm.
A competitive salary is on offer and it will be negotiable dependent upon experience.
