Head of New Business

A Head of New Business is required for a well regarded high street law firm. This role will be based in their Hall Green office and offers a very competitive salary and benefits package.

This law firm have been established for a number of years operating and have built up and excellent reputation in the market place. They are looking for someone who with conveyancing experience that has the ability to generate new business for the firm. The duties will include generate new quotes for clients and convert referrals into instructions, Deal with post completion AP1 and FR1. Deal with Land Registry requisitions, Deal with end balances on completed matters, where necessary investigate where monies need to be sent and close the files once the monies have been returned.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in conveyancing and have the ability to generate new business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer that is looking to move away from managing a caseload but enjoys the business development side. Applicants with Residential Conveyancing experience will only be considered!!
