Residential Conveyancer-Leeds

The Firm:

-Legal 500 law firm based in the heart of Leeds
-Established property department which is growing from strength to strength
-Multi award winning

The Role:

-Handling a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
-Caseload will include: Sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold and remortgages
-Liaising with clients, Solicitors and 3rd parties over the phone

Requirements:

-Minimum of 6 months' experience handling sale and purchase files
-Previous experience using a case management system is essential along with the ability to work successfully as part of a team
-Able to demonstrate previous experience handling your own files, liaising with clients, borrowers and other external third parties
