Residential Conveyancer.
A Legal 500 law firm, based in Stafford is seeking to bring on board an experienced Residential Conveyancer as part of its growth strategy for 2019. This team has undergone changes in the past 18 months with the appointment of a new Head of Department. They are now set up, and need a Residential Conveyancer to come in to focus on the main part of the transaction.
You will have the help of a new business team to undertake the initial file set up, and a post completion team to assist in the latter stages!
As part of its growth strategy, this Legal 500 listed law firm, located in Stafford, is seeking to bring on board an experienced Residential Conveyancer with at least two years’ experience, who can hit the ground running. You will handle a full caseload to include freehold and leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages and new-build matters. This is a fast-paced environment so you must be proactive and confident with the ability to work under pressure.
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will have a friendly and supportive team around you who all work together towards common goals. In that sense you will always have cover for holidays and absences!
