Acting as contracts manager to oversee all contractual elements of a travel exchange platform, including managing the commercial and contractual requirements of third party suppliers in line with government regulations.

Client Details

Client is a national tourism agency, working in partnership with public sector and government bodies within the Leisure, Travel and Tourism sector.

They are currently undergoing a major technology project to install an online national booking platform across their website liaising with SME business', enabling manual to 'middlewares' and global connections.

Description

Key responsibilities will include;

  • overseeing contract delivery and demonstrating that the travel exchange platform supplier is achieving the objectives of the Services Agreement, including delivery of service levels, value for money, service improvements, customer service expectations and performance generally;
  • maintaining an effective supplier relationship that encourages close working and continuous improvement and keeping service delivery on track throughout the Term; and
  • managing change and demonstrating continued value for money as necessary change occurs.

Profile

Urgently seeking a professional candidate, ideally with public sector and IT experience.

Those with backgrounds rooted in home office or civil servant roles are welcomed although this is not a requirement, some weighting will be given to those that fulfil such aspects.

Successful contracts manager will have experience of post-signatures, procurement and or pre-contract experience. However the focus will be on post-signature management and contract deliverables.
