Portal Fee Earner

Are you a Legal professional experienced in handling a caseload of RTA MOJ Portal claims looking to progress your career within a reputable brand who are known for handling high quality work?
Our client, a nationally recognised firm is looking to recruit dedicated and hard-working Fee Earner into its team.
 
As a Portal Fee Earner, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume caseload of RTA MOJ Portal Claims
• Ensuring the right outcome is achieved and the client’s claim is optimised
• Assessing liability and quantum to include reviewing medical reports
• Negotiating with third-parties to ensure the best settlement figure is reached
