Non-Contentious Construction/Projects Lawyer
I am currently working with an international law firm in Qatar who are looking to add a non-contentious construction lawyer to their growing team in Doha.
My client are a firm whose presence in the region has increased substantially in the past few years and they are looking to make a number of hires in their Doha office. You will be working on a wide array of infrastructure and commercial projects in the Middle East and beyond, there is also some scope to work on contentious matters
Qatar is undergoing a vast infrastructure upgrade due to the upcoming World Cup in 2022 and consequently a great place to gain high quality construction work. The Middle East is also a great location to gain experience with the FIDIC contract form and international arbitration.
Requirements:
• 1-4 years PQE
• Ideally have past experience in the region
• Post qualification experience focused on transactional construction matters, lawyers with a mix of front and back end construction experience will also be considered
• PPP experience will be an advantage
