Successful firm in Manchester seeks a driven Litigation Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a talented lawyer who possesses solid experience in litigation to join our client’s thriving practice located in Manchester. The successful applicant will undertake a caseload of varied general litigation work whilst assisting other members of the team.
Responsibilities
• Civil and commercial disputes
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Boundary disputes
• Debt claims
• Contentious probate
• Advising clients
• Breach of contracts
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Exceeding the firm’s set billing targets
• Participating in business development and marketing activities
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two years’ PQE
• Solid experience in litigation is essential for this role
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
• Be a strong team player with the accompanying ability to work individually on your own initiative
