Responsibilities of your new role

Working alongside a Senior Solicitor on a caseload of Property files, your core duties as Paralegal will include:

• Drafting legal documents
• Carrying out legal research
• Reviewing and advising on cases
• Liaising with clients in a professional manner
• Preparing court bundles
• Carrying out office administration, including management of diaries and scheduling meetings

Candidate requirements

The ideal applicant for this Paralegal role will be able to demonstrate:

• At least 1 year of experience within a Property department
• Experience working on Conveyancing matters
• Commercial property experience including familiarity with leases and commercial sales

Salary

The successful Paralegal will be offered an experience dependent salary of £18,000 - £21,000 per annum.
