A leading global law firm is looking for a Structured Finance Lawyer to join their team in London.
The Role
The Lawyer will join the practice to offer expert advice to clients on a range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions, including matters such as:
- Corporate bonds
- High yield and Sovereign bonds
- Securitisations
- Derivatives
- Structured products
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer with 2-6 years’ PQE
- Structured Finance experience gained at a top tier firm
- Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree)
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Highly technical
- Able to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Able to work well in a team
