The Role
Within this role you will be assisting both solicitors and department heads with their caseloads. You will be expected to maintain and adhere to quality standards throughout your duties and responsibilities which include but are not limited to:

• Interacting with both new and existing clients
• Providing both support and cover to other paralegals within the team when necessary
• General administrative tasks
• Meeting targets and deadlines that are set for you

Role Title: Clinical Negligence Paralegal

Location: London

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 (depending on experience)

Essential Skills

• Previous Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience including at least one year within Clinical Negligence and/or Personal Injury
• Excellent administrative skills, including competency using Microsoft applications
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Advanced time management skills

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Document Management System
• Successful completion or current part-time study of the LPC
• Studying ILEX
• 2:1 degree or equivalent in Law (or an appropriate conversion)
