Conveyancing Paralegal

Are you a motivated and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or Assistant who is looking for a new opportunity to make the most of your abilities?

If so our client, a long established and growing traditional high street law firm based around the North West is looking for an ambitious Conveyancing Paralegal join the team at their office based in Greater Manchester.

The role will be working within their very busy Conveyancing Department, assisting on a caseload of Sale and purchase matters, including Leasehold, Buy to Let, New Builds and Shared Ownership.

The ideal Conveyancing Paralegal candidate will have full understanding of the Conveyancing process and must have previous experience of assisting on a busy caseload from inception to completion of Residential Conveyancing transactions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your previous Conveyancing experience, salary is dependent on previous Conveyancing Paralegal experience but competitive rates are on offer for the right candidate.
