Experienced Conveyancer - Oldham

A well-known and established law firm in Oldham (in a very accessible location) is now looking for an experienced conveyancer to run their own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.

The firm has been awarded the Lexcel Quality Mark and offers a range of services to the business community and private individuals.

The conveyancing team currently consists of 3 fee earners and 3 support staff. One of the firm's USPs is that the current head of department is a brilliant team leader and has a proven track record of mentoring and supporting team members.

Each fee earner has a dedicated legal assistant.

The successful candidate for the residential conveyancer role will manage broad and full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchase, re-mortgages and equity release. You would be able to take initial instructions, conduct searches, obtain title deeds, check title, raise enquiries, conduct exchanges and undertake completion and post-completion work.

The firm is busier than ever with lot of repeat business, and the role is an additional position created due to an exciting period of growth in terms of sales and purchase work.

Experience of a conveyancing case mananegment system would be useful. The firm currently uses MatterSphere.

This is a permanent full time role and my client is looking for candidates with at least 2 years' experience within a residential conveyancing background. If you are looking to be part of a vibrant and friendly office environment this is the perfect role for you.

The salary is around £35,000 with some flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
