Lawyer - Residential Conveyancing

As part of growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join a fantastic Legal 500 firm based in their Basingstoke office.  You will be working within a dynamic firm who provide a supportive culture and structured career development.

The Role:

The role will involve working within a busy team dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish including sale and purchase transactions, remortgages, shared ownerships, lease extensions, transfers of equity and new homes work.  You will also be confident in supporting more junior members of the team as and when needed.

The Candidate:

You will have previous conveyancing experience and will be able to manage an existing caseload and work with minimal supervision.  You will be self-motivated and have a willingness to develop further skills.  You will have the ability to deal with all aspects of the conveyancing process and will be familiar with case management systems.  Excellent communication and client relationship skills and the ability to use your own initiative are essential.
