Client
You will be joining a leading international brand name in the media and entertainment sector.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's cutting-edge and high-spec central London offices.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of corporate and M&A work and transactions. You will also be able to get involved as necessary with wider commercial contracts and issues should you so wish.
You will work within a highly supportive and collaborative in-house legal team dynamic.
You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.
You
You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 1-5 years' PQE, have prior experience in respect of corporate and M&A transactions and also some prior exposure to or knowledge of the media sector. Prior in-house experience is not a pre-requisite.
