Residential Conveyancer.
My client is a very well known firm with an opportunity in their Nottingham city centre office for an experienced Residential Conveyancer.
You will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer and you will be able to manage your own caseload of sales and purchase, leasehold, freehold, re-mortgage, and new build files.
The firm has a very large conveyancing team. It is anticipated though that you would be able to provide gentle supervision to team members less qualified than yourself.
You will be familiar with case management systems and be commercial in approach, customer facing where necessary, and well organised.
On offer here is a competitive salary and benefits which will be comparable with other roles in the area and the chance to work in a large supportive team within a firm which is a member of the conveyancing quality scheme.
