Residential Development Solicitor/Legal Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Development Solicitor to join a highly regarded national firm in their Birmingham office. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits.

About the role

The firm's highly regarded Residential Development team acts for all of the top 10 housebuilders nationally, undertaking a broad mix of Residential Development work.

Workflows include:
- Complex and large scale land acquisitions for household names across England & Wales
- Collaboration agreements between Developers
- Disposals of serviced parcels
- Funding arrangements
- Strategic options
- Urban regeneration
- HCA grant arrangements

About the person

Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 months experience gained in Commercial Property matters. Candidates with more experience will also be considered and candidates with broader residential or commercial property experience will be considered as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner.
