The Firm:

-Offering services to both individuals and businesses
The Role:
-You will be running a diverse residential property caseload from inception through to completion which will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold
* Newbuilds
* Transfer of Equity
* Extensive client contact
Requirements:
- A residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a conveyancer will be considered
-Experienced in running a caseload from inception through to completion
-Team player
