Our client, a global FMCG business, is looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to join them for six months.
You will be reviewing, drafting, and negotiating key commercial agreements such as NDA's, supply and distribution, services, strategic partnerships, intellectual property, competition, T&Cs, and manufacturing agreements.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, and have at least one years' PQE from either an in-house environment or private practice. Applicants must have experience in dealing with commercial contracts.
