Residential Conveyancer.
My client is a well known regional firm across the East Midlands. The Loughborough based firm enjoys a good reputation for a quality-driven service towards their clients.
The role would suit an experienced qualified fee earner who would be happy to be the main point of contact with a team, someone who would drive the team forwards. It is expected that you will be able to run a manageable caseload of residential sales and purchase files to conclusion.
Dealing with files from start through to post-completion, you will have a full understanding of the process and will be motivated by an environment which is centred around quality of service to the client.
You will have a track record in building up the reputation of a department. A self-starter is required who can get on with local agents and would be happy to go and meet clients when required.
The firm would be interested in hearing from technically strong Solicitors, Licenced Conveyancers, or Legal Executives with upwards of 2 years of experience.
The firm has a structure around initial salary, so the top end of salary on offer is a competitive £40,000. There are, however, discretionary bonuses that can be paid, and pay rises can be achieved through performance.
