Qualified/Licenced Residential Conveyancer.
This is an opportunity not to be missed. We have a chance for a Qualified/Licenced Residential Conveyancer to join a close-knit Nottingham team with a family atmosphere. This role would see you heading up a small department which also offers a clear run at progression, ultimately, that could mean salaried or equity Partner if that is the way you wished your career to progress.
Working alongside 4 Conveyancers, the firm has an excellent reputation for staff retention rates who benefit the security of a decent workflow.
This is a superb opportunity to join a busy high street practice who are looking to build on their fantastic reputation already.
A pre-requisite here is that you can handle and manage your own caseload of at least 100 files in sales and purchase. The business development is done for you there is no need to partake in that - the work just needs to be serviced.
The firm is a traditional practice with roots in the local Nottingham community.
Salary to negotiation based on experience but would be highly competitive. Free parking on offer as well as a bonus scheme and a number of other perks and benefits.
