Conveyancer Solicitor/CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer.
I have a fresh new role with a Coventry city centre based client that is, due to expansion, looking to add another Conveyancing Fee Earner to the existing team.
My client has long standing roots in Coventry and provides a mix of commercial and private client services to the local Warwickshire area. The conveyancing team deals with the usual mix of sales, purchases and remortgaging matters, often representing repeat clients or clients referred via local agents and advisers.
You will need to have sufficient experience in conveyancing work, and to be able to handle a caseload of work from the outset, thought full support and supervision is available within the team.
The firm has gone through some structural changes recently, and has modernised in many areas, including its IT infrastructure, so this opportunity represents a great time to get on board with a progressive and growing firm.
