Expansion heralds a new role for an experienced Defendant Personal Injury Legal Executive or Paralegal to join this leading Birmingham based Casualty (EL/PL) team.
Working on behalf of a range of insurers, corporates and loss adjusters you will handle a full caseload of fast and multi-track defendant personal injury claims concerning Employers and Public Liability claims, while working with highly respected Partners and senior fee earners, assisting on complex and high value claims.
As a Defendant Personal Injury Legal Executive, you will possess a strong academic track record, have experience in handling litigated cases through to trial (ideally from a defendant perspective), hold excellent team and client care skills, and have a proactive and hard working approach to your work.
