Clinical Negligence Costs Lawyer

Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence Costs Lawyer to join an expanding Medical Solicitors firm in Sheffield on either a permanent part-time or full-time basis. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to deal with a demanding and complex caseload. You will be passionate about giving the highest standard of legal advice and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. 

The successful candidate must have experience in all areas of Clinic Negligence Costs work from drafting through to negotiating and budgeting. You will also need to have experience of conducting Advocacy. You will be required to deliver excellent client care and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.  A good level of experience with Proclaim and CostsMaster software would be extremely advantageous. 

Our client will also consider candidates who are looking for a mixture of Costs and Fee Earning within the Clinical Negligence sector.
