Real Estate Paralegal/Executive | Cheltenham
Are you actively seeking a Real Estate Paralegal/Executive opportunity?
The Role:
A very well-established and highly regarded law firm in Cheltenham are currently seeking to add a new member to their Real Estate team. The role will involve mainly Long lease work, purchasing freehold properties on behalf of a large client. There will also be involvement in reading the leases themselves.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a background in Property, though this experience doesn't need to be in Real Estate. Candidates with strong experience in Residential Property will also be considered, as support and training will be provided. The ideal candidate would have in the region of 3 years' experience within property, studying their CILEx and looking for an opportunity to progress in a supportive environment.
Salary:
* Salary is negotiable, dependant on experience.
