This is an opportunity for a paralegal to join a well established but forward thinking law firm in Wolverhampton.

Our client is a full practice law firm and they are flexible as to what area they could look at a paralegal in.

Description

Key responsibilities will depend on which area the successful candidate goes into.

For a candidate to be considered for the residential property team, our client is looking for at least 6 months experience. Key responsibilities in the residential property team would include:

*Setting up files

*Sending reports on title to the client

*Dealing with searches and enquiries arising from searches

*SDLT forms

*Requesting completion funds from clients

*Payments to third parties

*Inputting contract and title details

*General administrative duties

In the corporate/commercial team, you would be assisitng a partner in the team on providing advice to corporate clients on contractul issues, focusing on the acquisition and sale of businesses. This partner also works on commercial property transactions.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

- have a strong academic record

- have either 6 months experience in residential property, corporate transactions or commercial property

- live locally to Wolverhampton

- be very organised
