Legal Cashier/Office Manager

Sue Ross Legal have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Cashier to join a well regarded Law Firm based in Chesterfield. 

Alongside performing the full remit of Legal Cashier duties, this role will also require you to perform office management duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied and dynamic role where they can utilise a Legal Cashier background whilst also growing within a role. 

Key duties with include: 

•    Performing the full remit of Legal Cashier duties 
•    Dealing with the daily accounting issues 
•    Processing payroll
•    Assisting with billing 
•    Completing month end duties 
•    Dealing with facilities management 
•    Liaising with external companies and overseeing the renewal of external contracts 
•    Assisting with the renewal of relevant accreditations 
•    Overseeing rotas 
•    Dealing with holiday requests and absence

To be considered for this position you should possess relevant experience and a sound knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules. Experience of both billing and processing payroll is also essential. You should be a dedicated, proactive and motivated candidate who thrives in a varied environment.
