Our client, an exciting technology business, is looking for recruit a compliance professional to joint their business.
You will be advising the business on regulatory compliance requirements, and ensure that any proposed product and marketing changes, including financial promotions, are fully compliant. You will be monitoring, reviewing, and developing procedures to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of their compliance programme. You will be ensuring the business acts on FCA changes and deliver compliance training.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience working in regulatory compliance for a regulator or regulated company and dealing with regulators such as the FCA, CMA, Ofgem or Ofcom.
