My client based in Hammersmith is seeking a HR Administrator to join their collaborative team. The successful candidate will have proven HR experience from a professional services company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist recruitment processes including posting job adverts and arranging meetings
  • Manage the on boarding process for all new starters including Right to work documents and issuing contracts.
  • Maintaining HR System to ensure data is updates and uploaded
  • Monthly time sheet processing
  • Complete reference requests in a timely manner
  • Manage disciplinary, grievance and staff review processes
  • Answering ad hoc HR queries
  • Posting jobs onto the recruitment management system and website
  • Supporting the HR Business Partners and HR team

The Person:

  • Previous HR Administration/ Assistant experience
  • Highly organise
  • Previous experience using HR Systems
  • Self-starter
  • Great communicational skills
