Legal Consultant - Oil & Gas Services

Immediate need for a 5+ year PQE commercial lawyer to join a leading oil and gas services company on a 6-12 month contract working on a remote basis. Full time or 4 day week on offer.

In this position you will be responsible for the drafting and negotiation of supplier contracts, in particular OEM agreements.

To be considered for this role you will have industry experience, preferably in oil & gas services or manufacturing. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical skills in contract review and drafting in addtion to being able of effectively being able to work on a remote basis.
