This role is working for an international insurance business in their Head Office in London. They have been going through a period of sustained growth in the last few years and as such are looking to add to their legal team. Within their chosen market, they are one of the market leaders in the UK and further afield.
About the Role
This will be a broad in-house commercial role where you will be exposed to a variety of legal work. The main focusses will be on providing commercial and regulatory related legal advice. However, you will also cover corporate, finance, litigation and governance matters.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
You will need to be a qualified lawyer ideally from a city or top regional law firm. However, there is a high degree of flexibility on your practice area and as such this is a great opportunity to transition into broad in-house role. Alternatively, you may already be working in-house but are looking for a new challenge with a market leading business.
