Reporting to the Supervising Partner, the successful candidate will be experienced in litigation with a focus on debt recovery, challenging wills, dispute resolution, estate administration, Inheritance Act claims, bankruptcy and insolvency and professional negligence.

Responsibilities
- Court of Protection work
- Deputyship applications
- On-going finance administration
- Ancillary Applications such as trustee orders, interim orders, and Statutory will applications
- Meeting firm set billing targets
- Participation in business development
The Candidate
- Applications are encouraged from solicitors with at least two years PQE
- Demonstrate good client care skills
- Provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with the SRA Code of conduct
- Experience in marketing and business development
- A client following would be advantageous
