Plexus Law, a Liverpool based law firm at the forefront of developing ground-breaking graduate programmes, are looking for a graduate to join them for a full-time and permanent Administrator role. We have a great record of graduates progressing through the business and maximizing their potential, all the way up to partner level.

Responsibilities of your new role

As Administrator you will provide office based legal administrative support to the team. Your core duties in this Administration position will include:

• Dealing with email correspondence
• Filing, scanning and faxing
• Answering telephone calls (both internally and externally)
• Requesting settlement cheques
• Considering fixed costs entitlements
• Closing files at the end of the claim
• Maintaining other office systems

You will be encouraged to use your problem-solving skills to suggest solutions and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

To fill this Admin vacancy, we are looking for a Graduate who demonstrates:

• GCSE – English Language and Mathematics A – C grade (essential)
• Good standard of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
• Law Degree
• LPC
• Experience within a legal/insurance administrative environment (1 year)
• Case management experience
• Telephone call handling experience

The successful Administrator will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and be looking for a role with exposure to legal processes and high levels of client interaction.
