This well-respected City firm are Real Estate specialists. They are incredible at what they do; most of their current Partners were lateral moves from Magic/Silver Circle firms, and Top 50 UK practices. The firm advise and assist on transactions, investments, and refinancing of properties that regularly range from £30 million to £600 million in value, both across the UK and overseas. The teams regularly advise on US matters.

The Role

This industry leading firm are looking for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join their firm in Manchester

The level of expertise this team has really has put them ahead of the curve, the quality of work is industry leading. The department has expertise in investment purchase/sales, asset management across shopping centres, multi-let offices, leisure and retail centres, as well as development. They act for lenders and borrowers, across leading banks, financial institutions, privately owned commercial/residential developments and complex property developments. They advise on loan agreements, facility letters, share charges and debentures, guarantees/indemnities, structuring transactions for equity finance, etc.

You will have a hands on role supporting two Real Estate Finance Partners who have a wealth of experience behind them, as well as extremely good backgrounds; originating from Top 20 practices. The firm take extremely good care of their staff, investing well in their Paralegals, and progression could be on the cards for the right candidates.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Paralegal (2+ years experience)
• You will have evidence of exceeding billing targets
• You will be dealing with an excellent quality of work, on par, with top 50 City firms
• Salary is up to 28k based on experience
