Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

A leading South Yorkshire based law firm are looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer for their award winning team.
The firm have a fantastic culture and this is reflected within their offices and fantastic break-out area. They employ over 40 people across their two offices and are considered one of the industry leaders within conveyancing. The company is based out of the town centre with good transport links and close to public transport if needed

The role will focus primarily on sale and purchase work, however you may have some exposure to remortgage and transfer of equity work. Alongside handling your own caseload you will be responsible for supervising a small team of legal assistants. To be considered for this position you should have at least 2 years' experience as a residential fee earner handling your own large to moderate caseload sale and purchase files. Having prior experience in working with referrers and panels would be extremely advantageous.
