The team are seeking a banking and finance lawyer with 5+ PQE. You will be advising leading finance and credit organisations on Loans, acquisition finance, real estate finance, LMA, ISDA, project financing and public-private partnerships, securitization, factoring, structured finance, finance leasing, cash pooling, restructuring and insolvency, derivatives, banking supervisory law, investment funds, insurance law.
