Are you a highly experienced Business Development Manager looking for an exciting career move?

Interlink Recruitment are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the Corporate and Tax teams in ensuring the business plans are achieved.

You will be working with Partners to agree business plans and ensure the successful execution of all plans and measurement of results. You will also be tasked with identifying and developing target markets and presenting the firm’s expertise in a consistent way.

This role will involve you to build and develop strong relationships with Corporate Fee Earners across all offices and with the wider Marketing team.

Role Overview:
• Adopt a consultative approach and customer focused mind-set
• Plan, deliver and lead incisive and value-added business development support to Corporate and Tax.
• Act as a single point of contact for Corporate and Tax ensuring that they can access the wider marketing support they require to deliver their business plans in a seamless and efficient way.
• Identify future business models and value propositions.
• To be aware of and comply with the company’s policies and procedures

• Ad hoc requests as required.

Person Specification:
• Understanding of business development activity including targeting, managing pipelines, credentials and pitches and implementing BD plans
• Experience of delivering BD activity
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
• Client focused
• Customer service orientated
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
