The Role

The firm is seeking a new Residential Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive/ Conveyancer to join The their flourishing Potters Bar, Hertfordshire office.

This role has come around due to a great amount of high quality work coming in.
You will deal with a very high-quality Conveyancing caseload, the firm have an excellent referral network and a top reputation locally.
The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.

Due to the level of growth the firm are experiencing, there are 5 positions available over the coming months - please apply early as this is going to prove to be a very popular position.

Recommendations

• You will be a Solicitor, ILEX or Licenced Conveyancer 1 - 5 PQE
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• You will have good experience of dealing with a general Conveyancing caseload
• You should have good communication skills, be organised and have an eye for detail
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience!
