The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Regulatory Solicitor to join the firms Camberley, Surrey office.

The Corporate Commercial department is highly ranked in the legal 500 and chambers, it is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased work flow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are incredible.

The caseload will be broad, this variety will make for an interesting role. You can expect to be working for household brand names and owner managed businesses alike on a wide range of commercial law matters, often high value and / or cross border in nature.

The regulatory aspect of the role provides potential to advise on a wide range of regulatory matters, including financial services legislation, competition law, product safety / product recalls and international sanctions. From a commercial law perspective, the role will provide exposure to the full range of commercial law matters, often high value and / or cross border in nature.

The role will involve extensive client contact and project management.

Requirements

• You will be a Regulatory Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have first-class communication and drafting skills
