They are a full multi-service firm and have an interesting and varied client base. On the individual side they act for Company directors, HNW individuals and have a strong name locally. On the commercial side they work across a wide array of industry sectors and work with OMB, SME right up to National companies which includes a growing roster of well-known household names.

Their office in the Black Country is state of the art, there is a strong management team with the practice being profitable. They are currently very busy and as a result are looking to make a number of key strategic hires.

The role

The firm are seeking to hire an Employment Solicitor for their Black Country office.

You will join a friendly, supportive and professional team. The employment department has seen an increased workflow in recent months and under good leadership are looking to further expand the department.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work, of both claimant and respondent work. The client base will range from SME to National companies, Company Directors and HNW individuals. The variety of work will make for a much more interesting caseload. You will work as part of a small team of four, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious work.

With the firm's growth plans there is a real opportunity to progress, with Partnership being on the cards for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have a strong technical knowledge
• You should have first class client service skills
