Head of Residential Conveyancing.
A Head of Residential Conveyancing role has arisen for a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join a Sutton Coldfield based law firm at an extremely exciting stage of expansion.
This law firm launched initially as a corporate/commercial business before adding a conveyancing department last year. As such, they are seeking an ambitious and motivated qualified residential conveyancer to come on board and join their journey!
As Head of Residential Conveyancing, you will be leading a small team which will initially include a secretary and paralegal, with a view to growing and developing the residential conveyancing offering. You must have a willingness and desire to be a part of management meetings along with marketing the business.
The right candidate for this role will have previous leadership and management experience, and over six years' qualified experience as a residential conveyancer. The environment is extremely flexible and friendly and their case management system allows for home working should that be necessary.
