This is an exciting role for a personal injury paralegal to join a team based in Birmingham city centre to work on a mix of RTA, EL and PL caseload. The role will involve managing your own caseload and assisting senior members of the team with their caseload.

Our client is a national, legal 500 accredited law firm based in Birmingham city centre.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a small caseload and assisting senior members of the team
- Drafting witness statements, Defences, Direction Questionnaires
- Valuing personal injury claims using the JC Guidelines
- Instructing Counsel
- Liaising with the Insurer client, third parties and Court
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience in Defendant litigation. This can come from either a RTA, EL or PL background.
