You will benefit from working closely with a partner but also responsible for handling your own files. This is a varied role, with your time spent between the office and visiting clients and external partners such as medical experts.
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor candidate must be:
- A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Have recent and relevant experience dealing with Clinical Negligence cases - ideally from another respected Clinical Negligence team
- Be familiar with the complex and often in-depth procedures necessary with this area of law
