Real Estate Paralegal – Guilford
This is an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to join an established and thriving Real Estate department in Guilford. This is a hands-on opportunity that will offer an interesting caseload including transactional and contentions real estate matters, acquisitions and disposals, development, landlord and tenant and finance. Working closely with other departments in the practice the successful paralegal will gain valuable experience in a client facing and diverse role. This role is suited to a candidate with previous legal experience, property experience is desirable but not essential.
The candidate:
- Educated to degree level ideally in Law with a minimum of a 2:1
- Completed or working towards the LPC
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as an effective team member and independently
