Banking Solicitor - 3+ Leeds
We have a new opportunity for a Banking Solicitor to join this prestigious Leeds based team. This department advises on the largest deals in the region. The work is high profile and the international reach of the firm means the team has access to clients and work others don't.
The client base includes banks, financial institutions, debt funds, alternative lenders and private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers. The work involved is primarily corporate banking, leveraged finance and private equity backed transactions
In terms of your responsibilities you will manage your own caseload taking the lead on transactions and managing the client relationship.
Ideally they are looking for a commercially minded lawyer with at least three years' experience working in a recognised banking team.
