IN-HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL (COMMERCIAL SERVICES) 2+ PQE

As a result of continued growth, this big-name organisation seeks to recruit an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join its in-house legal team.

As Group Commercial Solicitor you will negotiate, draft and advise on a wide variety of commercial contracts, as well as act as the “go-to” person for all contractual queries. Where necessary you will deliver legal training to colleagues and manage external business partners in relation to outsourced commercial legal matters. You will also enjoy involvement with high-level project work on an ad-hoc basis.

A passion for customer and client care is essential to the business therefore the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and external suppliers by providing timely and strategic responses is essential.

Whilst previous in-house experience is not essential, you must possess a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification commercial contracts experience.

Candidates relocating for this role would enjoy the benefit of a relocation package; however, demonstrable links to Yorkshire are preferred.
