Corporate Solicitor. A corporate solicitor is offered the opportunity to secure a position with one of Cheltenham and the UK's leading law firms. The firm are seeking to recruit an additional corporate solicitor to join their team. Fantastic opportunity for a corporate solicitor to secure a role undertaking some of the best corporate work available in the South West.

The Role:

· To work as a solicitor in a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked team corporate team..
· The team advises on a wide range of matters including private equity, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, joint ventures and capital markets.
· To advise international and national clients that include FTSE and other listed businesses.

Candidate Requirements:

· Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
· Exposure to corporate law work gained working for an international, national or large regional law firm.
· Desire to work for one of Cheltenham and the UK's leading private practice law firms.
