Conveyancing Solicitor

LAW Absolute are currently working with a highly regarded practice based in Cardiff who are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join them on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage a busy caseload of the following matters;

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re mortgages
• Right to buy
• New builds
• Shared ownership

You will be joining part of a highly successful team who have an excellent reputation in nationwide.
